How to purchase GSC tickets via iOS

INITIATE GSC MOBILE APP (IPHONE) Initiate the “GSC Cinemas” App from your iPhone or other iOS devices.

		GSC ANIMATED SPLASH SCREEN Upon the initiation of the App, you will be greeted with the GSC’s splash screen animation.

‘PROMOTIONS’ PAGE - NAVIGATION The default landing page for GSC Mobile App (iPhone) is the ‘Promotions’ page where you can view the latest GSC or movie promotions.

NAVIGATION Click on the top right corner to open the navigations tab. From here, you can select your preferred tabs such as:- ‘Cinemas’ ‘Movies’ ‘FasTicket’ ‘History’ ‘About Us’

	MODE OF SELECTION To start your movie selection, select either 'Cinemas' tab, 'Movies' tab or the 'FasTicket' tab.

	FASTICKET Select the cinema where you would like to watch your movie. Next, pick the preferred screening date and movie. Don’t forget to select the preferred showtime.         Followed by the type of tickets.             Not forgetting the e-combo of your choice. And the payment method you prefer – m2u, PayPal, RHB Now. Finally press next to continue.

PROFILE SETTING After completing your selection, you’ll then be prompted to fill in some details for verification purposes. This will help us track your transaction records. Proceed to the next page.

SEAT SELECTION SCREEN Pick your preferred seats from the screen. Press next to continue.

	CONFIRMING YOUR TICKET Your selected seats will now be “reserved” while you complete the transaction In the event that the transaction is not completed within 8 minutes, the seats will be released. You will have to go through the mobile purchase process again. Kindly review the ticket details before making the payment.

	USERNAME AND PASSWORD LOGIN There are three E-Payment choices - m2u mobile, PayPal, RHB Now. Be sure to log in with your e-banking username and password.

	E-VOUCHER E-Vouchers can be received through e-mail, text message or selected mobile app. Payment via E-Voucher can easily be done by simply entering the E-Voucher Code which you have received. Followed by the Pin Code. Then click Submit. Finally press Confirm to proceed.

	STATUS PAGE CONFIRMATION Please double check the payment details. Once confirmed, proceed to the next page by pressing ‘Continue’.

	ENTERING TAC CODE (M2U & RHB NOW) At this page, you will prompt for a TAC Code to complete your transaction Press ‘Request a TAC number” to receive a TAC number Once you have received the TAC number from your mobile set, key in the number in the TAC column and confirm the transaction.

	STATUS PAGE Your transaction will then be displayed on the ‘Status Page’ Kindly check the details displayed on the screen prior to logout. Once your transaction is successful, you will receive a pop up message to confirm the completion of the transaction. Press 'OK' to proceed

	CONFIRMATION PAGE There will be message informing you on the successful transaction within the App. The 2D Barcode ticket will then be displayed on your mobile screen. At the cinema, you can either choose to: 1.Print your tickets at the Box Office. 2.Scan the 2D barcode at the auto gate. 3.Allow the staff on duty to scan the 2D barcode at the cinema checkpoint.
